We’re back and ready to take on the new year!!
We’re kicking things off by introducing something we’re so excited to share with you. At Oasis, we are committed to delivering the highest quality of service while nurturing the next generation of talented stylists. With this vision in mind, we are thrilled to introduce our Emerging Artist Program — an initiative designed to provide continued education for our apprentices while offering an incredible opportunity for our community to access high-quality hair services at a fraction of the cost. Our Emerging Artist Program offers aspiring stylists real-world experience through in-person classes, live demonstrations, and hands-on training. These opportunities allow our artists to refine their craft while learning how to deliver the luxury, bespoke services that define Oasis.
What Is the Artistry Program?
The Artistry Program is our way of ensuring that every stylist who joins our salon receives ongoing training that builds upon their foundational education from hair school. This program is designed to:
Develop Confidence and Skill: Our apprentices gain hands-on experience working with real clients, guided by the mentorship of our senior stylists.
Ensure Readiness for the Floor: Through continued learning, apprentices are fully prepared to transition to the salon floor as confident, skilled professionals.
Provide Luxury Service: Even as apprentices, our team members deliver exceptional results under the close supervision of our experienced educators.
Introducing Hair Model Mondays
To support our Artistry Program, we are launching Hair Model Mondays! These special sessions are dedicated to building the skills of our apprentices while providing affordable luxury services to our valued community.
Here’s how it works:
Live Models Needed: We invite clients to become hair models for our apprentices. This means you’ll receive professional salon services performed by our apprentices, under the guidance of our seasoned stylists.
Affordable Services: As a hair model, you’ll enjoy reduced pricing on services, making it the perfect opportunity to refresh your look without breaking the bank.
Luxury Experience: Despite the discounted rates, you can expect the same luxurious salon experience we’re known for.

If you’re looking for a fresh style, color, or cut, and you’re open to working with a talented apprentice under expert supervision, we’d love to have you join us on Mondays. Not only will you receive top-tier services at an unbeatable price, but you’ll also be supporting the growth and development of future salon artists.
We cover everything hair, but also walk you through how to conduct a proper consultation that brings your clients through a professional and rounded visit — reviewing the questions to ask to get the answers you need to have your client leaving happy, but also being able to educate them based on their needs and requests!
