We’re back and we are taking over GLAAD!

We’re beyond excited to announce that Oasis at the River Room is heading back to the GLAAD Media Awards—and this time, we’re teaming up with Kérastase to bring some seriously amazing hair to this legendary celebration! We couldn’t be more thrilled to be part of the 36th Annual GLAAD Media Awards, the largest and most iconic LGBTQ+ celebration in the world.

This event honors those in media who champion fair, accurate, and inclusive representation of the LGBTQ+ community, and we’re so proud to support this incredible cause.

Oasis x Kérastase

Partnering with Kérastase is a dream come true! We absolutely love their luxury hair care products, and we can’t wait to use them to create show-stopping red carpet looks. We’ll be working our magic with the Concentré Décalcifiant Ultra-Réparateur and Bain Décalcifiant Réparateur, two powerhouse products that deliver intense repair and protection—perfect for achieving that red-carpet glow. And because we’re all about spreading the love (and great hair days), we’ll be handing out swag bags filled with these Kérastase must-haves. We can’t wait to share the magic!

Last year’s GLAAD Media Awards were absolutely unforgettable. We were inspired by so many powerful moments of recognition and celebration, surrounded by trailblazers and allies who champion inclusivity and acceptance. Plus, we got to see some of our favorite Real Housewives up close—yes, we were totally starstruck! We can’t wait to see who we’ll bump into this year. Fingers crossed for more celebrity sightings!

We’re truly honored to be part of this event for the second year in a row, continuing our support for representation and inclusion. At Oasis, we believe in creating a welcoming, inclusive space for everyone, and partnering with GLAAD and Kérastase allows us to celebrate and uplift the LGBTQ+ community while doing what we love—creating beautiful, confidence-boosting hair.

It’s a big month for us at Oasis! Not only are we getting ready for the GLAAD Media Awards, but with Jasmin and Linh’s recent trip to London for an incredible Sassoon Educator’s Course, we’ve had a busy month of amazing things to look forward too! We’re committed to bringing the best knowledge, service, and education back to our salon, and this opportunity is a huge step in that journey.
